ბექა ჯანიაშვილის პერსონალური გამოფენა

გალერეა ფოტოატელიე წარმოდგენს ბექა ჯანიაშვილის პირველ პერსონალურ გამოფენას, სადაც ფოტოგრაფის ბოლო პერიოდის ვიზუალური კვლევები და სხვადასხვა ფოტო სერია ერთი კონცეფციის ქვეშ ერთიანდება. ბექა ჯანიაშვილის ფოტო ნამუშევრები გარემოს ცვლილების უმცირეს ნიშნებს აკვირდება - გადასვლას ბუნებრივიდან ურბანულ რეალობაში, სადაც მატერია, დრო და მეხსიერება სიმბოლურ ნიშან-სისტემად იქცევა. ნამუშევრებში ბუნების ორგანული რიტმი, ქალაქის ხელოვნური სტრუქტურები, ჩრდილები და ამონათებული, ეფემერული კონტურები ერთ სივრცეში იკვეთება, ქმნის ახალ ეკოსისტემას, სადაც თითოეული სურათი გარდასულ გამოცდილებას ინახავს. ბუნებრივი გარემოს კვალი, მცენარეთა და ჭკნობაში გარდასულ ფოთოლთა კადრები ბუნებრივი ციკლისგან მოწყვეტილ აბსტრაქტულ სიმბოლოებს ჰგვანან. ამ ნიშნებს კონსტრასტულად განავრცობს ქალაქის სინათლით შექმნილი ჩრდილების ტოპოგრაფია: მოძრავი, ანონიმური, მუდმივად გარდამავალი ფორმები, რომლებიც ადამიანთან ერთად თანაცხოვრობენ. შუქ

ბექა ჯანიაშვილი (2001) ქართველი ფოტოგრაფია. 2019–2023 წლებში სწავლობდა ილიას სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში, სადაც ძირითად სპეციალობად ეკოლოგიას, ხოლო მეორადად - სოციოლოგიას დაეუფლა.ფოტოგრაფიაში თვითნასწავლი მიმართულებით მუშაობს და იყენებს სხვადასხვა მედიუმს: მობილურს, ციფრულ კამერას, ფირს, პოლაროიდს და ალტერნატიული ბეჭდვის ტექნიკას — ციანოტიპიას. მისი ფოტოამბები გამოქვეყნებულია „ინდიგოში“, ხოლო ფოტოსურათები წარმოდგენილია საერთაშორისო პლატფორმაზე PHOTO VOGUE. ბექა ჯანიაშვილის პრაქტიკა აერთიანებს გარემოს კვლევას, მეხსიერების არქივიზაციას და ვიზუალური ნარატივების სიურრეალისტურ ინტერპრეტაციებს.

Beka Janiashvili’s Solo Exhibition

Gallery Fotoatelier presents the first solo exhibition of Beka Janiashvili, bringing together the photographer’s recent visual research and multiple photographic series under a single conceptual framework. Janiashvili’s work traces the subtlest indicators of environmental change, a passage from the natural to the urban realm, where matter, time, and memory unfold into a symbolic system of signs. In these images, the organic rhythm of nature intersects with the artificial structures of the city; shadows and illuminated, ephemeral contours
coexist within one space, forming a new ecosystem in which each photograph preserves a trace of lived experience. The remnants of the natural environment: plants, wilted leaves, and forms caught in the process of decay and appear as abstract symbols detached from their original life cycle. These motifs expand into the contrasting topography of urban shadows: moving, anonymous, perpetually shifting forms that inhabit the city alongside human figures. Through the abstraction of black-and-white contours, the shadow becomes a living entity, and movement itself transforms into a mode of existence. With a heightened sensitivity to place, Janiashvili isolates frames that fade simultaneously from reality and from memory. Each
photograph becomes an attempt to reconstruct a lost micro-fabric of the environment. The exhibition forms a unified visual narrative in which natural dissolution and decay, the choreography of urban shadows, and the fragmented residues of memory converge within a single perspective. It is a meditation on change, transformation, and the fragile balance that shapes the relationship between human beings and their surrounding world.

About the Artist

Beka Janiashvili (2001) Is a georgian photographer. From 2019 to 2023 he studied at Ilia State University, majoring in Ecology with a minor
in Sociology. A self-taught photographer, he works across multiple mediums — mobile photography, digital and film cameras, Polaroid, and alternative printing processes such as cyanotype. His photo essays have been published in Indigo, and his images have appeared on the international platform PHOTO VOGUE. Janiashvili’s practice brings together environmental observation, the archiving of memory, and
surrealist interpretations of visual narrative
